About Me
I’m Daniel Kraftmann, Chief Marketing Officer at Town Appliance and an ecommerce consultant focused on Shopify. My current work centers on helping businesses improve how they market, sell, and serve customers online.
I built TownAppliance.com and its supporting ecommerce infrastructure before advancing to Chief Marketing Officer, where I lead marketing efforts nationwide. I also spearheaded the creation of Town Appliance’s B2B department and continue to lead its growth.
Previously, as COO and partner at Smarty Had a Party, I took over and rebuilt SmartyHadAParty.com while managing the company’s full operations. Today, my Shopify consulting draws on that experience connecting ecommerce technology with the day-to-day needs of a business.
My background in mechanical engineering shapes the way I work: understand the problem, look closely at the details, and build a solution that holds up in practice. I combine that approach with experience leading teams and growing ecommerce businesses.
I’m also open to engineering opportunities where I can apply my technical background, practical problem-solving, and experience leading projects.
